Is the success fee charged on the gross or net deal value?
2% on the gross transaction value as recorded in the signed Term Sheet.
Do I need to use Escrow?
No, escrow is optional. We recommend it for transactions above ₹2 Cr to protect both parties.
What payment methods do you accept?
